Kirkbymoorside Bonfire Night

Join us for a unique and enchanting Bonfire Night event hosted by the 1st Kirkbymoorside Scouts! Designed for families with children of all ages in mind. Our Bonfire Night is a fantastic alternative to the usual events making it accessible and enjoyable for families of all kinds, especially those with sensory needs. This evening promises a magical experience without the loud bangs of traditional fireworks.

• SEND Friendly – No loud noises, calm inviting atmosphere, optional quiet area with crafts.
• Animal Friendly – No loud noise, habitat destruction, or scattered waste in livestock fields.
• Eco Friendly – No scattered waste after traditional fireworks.

Event Highlights:

• Magical Fires: Enjoy the mesmerizing glow of our magical fires, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Marshmallow Toasting: Gather around the fire pits to toast marshmallows to perfection. A delightful treat for all ages!
• Silent Disco: Dance the night away with our silent disco, where you can groove to your favorite tunes through wireless headphones, ensuring a fun and sensory-friendly experience.
• Delicious Food: Savour a variety of tasty food options available throughout the evening, perfect for keeping everyone fuelled and happy.
• Sparkling Craft: This hands-on project is perfect for all ages and adds a personal touch to the evening’s festivities. You can on the night take part in our craft activities for £1 per participant adding magic to the celebration. It’s a wonderful way to bring everyone together and create lasting memories.

Bonfire Ticket includes (£5 Per Child – includes one free Adult / £3 Per additional adult):

Silent Disco Ticket includes (£3 Per participant):

• Headset rental for 30 minutes
