Adventurous Activity Logbooks
To use your relevant Logbook please download and print a copy or keep a digital version, this information is used to show CPD (Continued Professional Development) and as such proves your ability to conduct your relevant activity.
- Archery Logbook – This logbook is used to record the information required to renew your Archery Permit.
- Axe / Tomahawk Logbook – This logbook is used to record the information required to renew your Axe Throwing / Tomahawk Permit.
- Hillwalking / Mountain Biking Logbook – This logbook is used to record the information required to renew your Hillwaking / Mountain Biking Permit.
- Water Sports (excluding Powered) Logbook – This logbook is used to record the information required to renew your Water Sports Permit excluding Powered craft.
- Powerboating / Motor Cruising / Narrowboat Logbook – This logbook is used to record the information required to renew your Powerboating / Motor Cruising / Narrowboat Permit

- Programme planning tool – the Scouts planning tool is a great resource, whether you’re looking for a 10-minute filler activity or a whole session – indoors or outdoors; with or without a specific badge in mind – available for Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Explorers.

- Scouts font – Nunito Sans is used across a wide range of Scouts documents and is handy to have installed on your PC or Laptop.
Training
- Training requirements per role pdf – Training modules that you need to complete depend on the volunteer role that you are taking on.
- Personal learning plan template – You can either create your plan on your own using this information, or create it with a training adviser. You may wish to discuss the process of developing your plan, or meet with a training adviser before starting step one of the workbook, but this is not essential.
- Personal learning plan template for Managers and Supporters – as above but for Managers and Supporters.
- Module Matrix – This is a summary of the Scouts’ Adult Training Scheme and ongoing learning.
